I was inspired by @hybriddesignsf book published with @victionworkshop to make my own fan zine!
What struck me most was not just the philosophy, but how it materializes on the page. The grid feels both structured and flexible, creating a system that supports exploration rather than limiting it. Hand-drawn elements interrupt and coexist with precise layouts, blurring the line between intuition and control. The imagery moves fluidly between polished and raw, reinforcing the idea that design emerges from layering rather than a single voice or method.

Karel Martens: Unbound
I was inspired by Karel Martens' book Unbound published by @roma.publications to make my own fan zine!
I was equally drawn to its visual language and physicality: the exposed perfect binding, thin almost translucent paper, and the use of top-edge (head) binding, which subtly shifts how the book is held and read. These choices don’t just support the content—they are the content, foregrounding structure, process, and interaction.
